CSU Pueblo Nursing Spring 2020
Got admitted. Thought it'll take them even longer to make decisions. I am sorry to hear that @FutureNurseCO. You may still have a chance of gaining admittance! Don't lose hope! ?

So Peggy said that Dr. DePalma won't be back from her vacation till Sunday ?She's hoping that we get the decision by next week. They should have at least made a decision before they went for their vacation. Also, Peggy mentioned they admit 90 applicants each semester.

I heard back from Peggy and she said she will be finishing up applications today and Dr. DePalma will make the decisions. She also mentioned that she will email me my status once she receives the decision from Dr. DePalma. Hope we'll hear something from them this week! ?

Oh geez. We'd probably hear from them by the end of this month. Hoping it would be sooner though. Is she in charge of the nursing applications? Also, do you know if they place applicants on a waitlist?

CSU Pueblo Nursing Spring 2020
I read a post here from an ABSN student but the post was from 2010. Not sure if a lot has changed since then. She mentioned that CSU-P's admission criteria is just a pre-req GPA. They start at 4.0 then work their way down. Thanks for the input guys! Patho is a pretty important nursing course. I am taking it online as well. I'd prefer to have a book. But I don't mind doing my own research ? I live in Aurora so me and my family might have to move to Springs if ever I get accepted. Drive from here to Pueblo is like 2 hours.

I'm right there with you guys. I really did not want to take the TEAS. Just gave it a try to see if I'll pass or not. I do suck at Math too ? It's nice that CSU doesn't require an entrance exam or an interview but I'm wondering what they base their criteria on in accepting/rejecting applicants. GPA? It'll be nice to just get accepted and not have to worry about taking admission tests. Do you guys live close to the school? Yup, I read that Patho is a difficult course. Did you take it in-class or online?

Have you taken Pathophysiology? I registered for the class this fall. Pikes Peak is one of my choices as well. I took the TEAS exam but did not make the cut. But I want to try the exam again by September. Hopefully, I'll pass.lol I am also taking the HESI for Front Range and DCN. Btw does CSU invite accepted applicants for an interview?

Hi everyone, I sent my Basic BSN application last month to CSU-Pueblo. How long did you guys have to wait for their decision letter/email? I am hoping to get in the Spring 2020 cohort. Thanks!
