That's what I'm thinking! Not giving up hope lol meanwhile I did get into an LPN program which is 3 semesters and i can immediately bridge to the RN program. Not ideal but definitely a stepping stone.

Finally got my letter yesterday ! Apparently they had my zip incorrectly entered. But i got waitlisted. I’m hopeful someone will give up their seat for another program. Crossing my fingers ????

Do you know if there is a date on the Acceptance letter stating “you need to respond by this date” or anything like that?

I’ve literally called 4 people including the dean and there’s no answer ?? everyone’s voicemail box is full..

Same book I’m using ! I feel as though once you know conversions you can solve any problem. I was focusing primarily on gtts, ounces, ml, mg... the small liquid conversions . I guess we will find out in the letter if that is still a requirement being that we would have a month to take it lol

Wait.... i thought they said no dosage anymore..? I was studying from a kindle book back in Augusta and September but i stopped. It’s a purple book called “nursing calculations for nursing students” on amazon. And it was great!

Does UWG require the cna license?...like is there no way around it? I'm also applying there and i just thinks is so dumb to force you to pay 800$ for that license if you're applying to nursing school/

Yeh ? previous forums say that you can’t register until you accept a seat. Once you accept a seat the advisors have to go in 1 by 1 and put in a registration code that gives us access. Looks like they are capping the seats at 80 tho ?? i calculated 130 people too the Kaplan lol that means 50 will not get in !! That’s crazy ??

lol look at what they are doing to us ? and nope, i was not able to register lol i tried it though ?

Another thought... I’m wondering if the uniform has to be purchased ASAP or they give us time...? From what I’ve heard uniforms are ordered and can’t just be picked up at the student store, But maybe Gordon is different ??‍♀️ Also... how about an orientation!?! Lol isn’t that like a formality to host an orientation date to really give is all the ins and outs of the program and expectations? I mean it’s nearly the new year ??

I believe someone here learned that the letter will state if we are accepted or not. Hopefully no surprises lol

I could have sworn they said 95.. but what ever ?? 80 it is lol but then the other class only has like 50 something seats.. idk how that’s going to work. We can literally register the day before the semester starts and be fine because those seats are locked for the ones accepted only. So all of us on here WILL BE ACCEPTED!

Yeh! The crazy thing is though that the letter we are suppose to get first states the passing or non passing of the Kaplan and the date to schedule the dosage. Being that someone here said they aren’t doing that and only sending out formal and final acceptances or denials, i was hoping they did that sometime soon. I mean registration is opening on Monday ??? c’mon!

So is mine! The 21st at 7:30a. I really want to attempt to register for the first semester classes but i know it won’t work lol. It’s crazy because that’s on Monday...
