  1. Baylor Home Health nurses: What are your requirements to be full time? Is the requirement to be full time set by the number of hours or the visits? How many days a week? What if you don’t meet the hours/visits are you expected to come in on other days to meet the Full time requirements?
  2. I am paid per visit and have short term disability through my work. *35 visits per week to maintation full time status. *I also have an hourly rate of pay that I make when I am on vacation, etc. Recently had a vehicle accident and unable to work for a time. My understanding is that short term disability pays 60% of your income. According to my company it is their policy that they provide to the STD insurance company that I only make the amount of 25 visits a week and I get 60% of that. That is less than half of my net income a month....and no where close to 60% of my gross. Is this legal? What can I do? I am going to loose everything and have to file bankruptcy.
