    Hi everyone I am FNP since January 2018; having struggle finding job in area. I applied everywhere; all the positions require atleast 1 or 2 years of experience. Having trouble finding a job as NP than RN. there are plenty of jobs for RNs but not NPs. When i decided to go for further education in nursing as hospice RN, thought i will be working and helping more of my hospice patients and families. However there are no jobs in hospice for NPs at this time and even though they do, require experience as NP in field. How do i get experience if noone wants to hire me. frustration. please help.
