  1. Yes, I actually got accepted for the Jan 2019 intake as well before getting into the fall 2018 intake because I applied with a higher GPA for that compared to fall, that's why I had to give up my seat for Jan to get into this fall intake.
  2. I applied with 3.54 for this intake. Before I got in, I talked to an admission advisor on how they consider each application and told me that they look at 4 decimal places in your gpa, that's why from the looks of it, lots of applicants with 3.54 are starting to get into the program.
  3. I got an admission today!!! I'm so glad I was able to make it to this intake!!!!
  4. In my opinion, I think the reason why september is more competitive than January is because most students go back to school during fall, thus making it "more competitive" than January. Idk if that makes sense :/
  5. I've been trying to phone them since thursday, but I'll be emailing them as well about it. Thank you and yes hopefully I get in this intake!
  6. This is my first time applying to langara and I didn't repeat any of the required courses.
  7. congratulations for getting in, and yeah i hope langara gives us news about our applications asap. i won't lose hope!
  8. Oh wow, that's odd... I have a slightly higher gpa than 3.53 but i'm still on the waitlist : / Would you guys know if the wait list position is based on other things and not just gpa?
