You can contact CGFNS and give them another email were they can contact and validate seal and signature of those authorized to sign in behalf of the Universaty. The email wuld have to be authorized by forensics, but if it has the same ending as other emails previousy used to validate thy will go thre an example of the email would be "xxxxx@youruniversatyname. com". CGFNS will not let you know if they have been contacted but you can the contact the owner of that email and give them a heads up to respond the email that may be in spam. Good luck
