    Hi! I just accepted a position as foster home's full time nurse. I live with a number of children and other adults in a facility that keeps kids who are in DSS due to family issues. I've only done medsurg prior to this. I've some kids but not a lot compared to adults. I have a lot of kids who have ADD and ADHD and other things. I have one kid we just received who has a history of having seizures. They're suppose to be absent seizures and I've only seen one, yet I'm not sure if it was completely real or not. That being said, where can I go to find more education on children's medical issues and things of that sort to make sure I can do this job the best way I can. I want to make sure these kids are cared for properly so that includes me knowing what I can about pediatrics. Any suggestions or input on the child with seizures or resources?
