Without a license in healthcare, LPN CNA or for RN yet, it will be nearly impossible to find employment itna hospital; however, there other alternatives within the healthcare industry. For example since you're possibly bilingual a recruiting company I know may use your skills to profile RNs ready to come to Miami who already passed Nclex. Now, for Nclex visit Nclex prep websites- there is one offering online FREE NCLEX prep on your phone or computer. Neat website and unlimited. I'm a retired hospital nurse recruiter. Feel free ask me and I'll try my best. Search for place entering Ten Steps Guide Free Puerto Rico Nurse Nclex and nclex m foreign edcuated rns licensure employment steps and you probably find the website and others. There was also a firm called IMED. Search for it; they placed Puerto rico rns in our hospital and many other with Tenet and HCA
