i had a question about doing the VA for clinicals, what exactly is the clearance needed to do it there? Is it something we can do before registering?

is there a deadline for those accepted to accept or decline their offer? i just wondered because i was put on the waitlist it looks like in the past when they pull from it that it's only a couple weeks but they say the last day they pull is June 1
