  1. Can Techs Manage Nurses?

    Hello Nursing Community Want to gather some feedback from the nursing community. I've heard from several people in leadership positions that nurses who work in electrophysiology/ operating room are not supposed to be managed by technologists. I've been looking for scholarly documentation on this and I wondering if anyone can provide feedback to assist me in this search. The state of interest is Illinois. Can nurses be managed by technologists? More specifically, in the electrophysiology/ operating room setting. Please give feedback. Thanks in advance.
