thanks for your reply.. i really appreciated it. i was thinking i did the wrong decision to ask the Gp to chart sup. the patient is palliative care with unstageable pressure injury which is 14cm in L and 9cm in W located in sacrum.. im a new nurse in the wrokplace so im a bit between not to do this and need to do that.

Hi to all nurses.. i would lime to ask advices from you guys if its appropriate to give paracetamol suppository to a patient who have sacrum pressure ulcer unstageable because the patient have fever and who is not eating/drinking? thanks.
