    The physician is doing billing code with Medicare, I am not sure. It takes him 1/2 for H&P and 10 min for progress note. Time spent to interact with patient, chart review, coordinating care.....does not count, thanks

    I got a part-time job offer working at a LTACH. The physician offers to pay me by the numbers of dictation notes ( H&P and progress notes) not hourly salary. He offers to pay me $30 per H&P per patient, $20 per progress note per patient. What do you think? Please advise, thank you
