  1. Working with spouse

    Has anyone ever worked with their spouse as both RN's? I have been a nurse going on 5 years and my spouse will graduate nursing school soon and we want to work together but it is hard due to no one wanting us to work the same shift in case of a family emergency it would wipe out the staff. I work in the ER currently and my spouse also wants to work ER with me and has many years of experience on an ambulance before nursing school. We have Thought about doing travel nursing assignments together if that is even a possibility. Does anyone have any experience with This? If so we would love to hear about your thoughts/experiences. Thank you.
