There are a bunch of CSU's that have Spring start programs, so I would just do some research on that! If anything, CCSF also has a program that starts in the Spring and it's also free if you are a SF resident!
I got into a community college with a 3.4 science GPA and 3.45 overall GPA. I'm also a CNA, have over 150 hours of volunteer hours, and am also bilingual. I do know people who got in without being a CNA though.

Are you in the Bay Area? If so, there are a bunch of community colleges that offer ADN and most of them are pretty good programs! I would definitely try for those before settling for Unitek.
