  1. I just found out today my result that I passed my NCLEX-RN. I thought I was failed already because all the questions that I had was very random and extremely hard and computer shuts down at 120 in nearly 5 hours!!! I used Rachell Allen review center, Uworld and D&D nursing. Although, Rachell Allen and Uworld really helps me a lot to perform critical thinking and evaluate my NCLEX questions during the exam. In regards to Uworld, you need to focus and practice and do it last the LEADERSHIP/MANAGEMENT/SKILLS/PROCEDURES sections, for the reason that, 85% of my NCLEX questions were kinda similar on that areas. Remember, Im not usually good at exams; I did complete my nursing degree in 2014 (4years ago); English is not my first language; I also have mild hypothyroidism (not on medication) which affecting my comprehension ability and intellectual level; My grandmother who looked-after me when I was young died 4 days before my NCLEX-RN exam and it was really hard situation to be in; I also had gout attack during my exam and it was really painful;I bought sleeping tablet prior my exam (Melatonin 10mg) but i only managed to sleep 5 hours 1/2 hrs which was not enough; I HAD ALL SORT OF PSYCHOLOGICAL AND PHYSIOLOGICAL PROBLEMS DURING MY NCLEX!! BUT I DECIDED TO REMAIN POSITIVE DESPITE ALL THE NEGATIVE CHALLENGES. REMEMBER STAY POSITIVE , BELIEVE IN YOURSELF, and PRAY!!PRAY!!!PRAY!! BECAUSE IF I DID IT! YOU CAN DO IT TOO. GOODLUCK
