Great, that's super helpful! Do you think it's a good idea to put a range, like 26-29/hr or something? I was thinking also about putting just a happy medium of 27 haha. That's great that they do shift differential as well! I can definitely work weekends but I've been on nights since I became a nurse and I'm trying to get back to the daytime :)

I'm relocating to Ohio from South Carolina in a few months, and I'm unsure of what to put on the job applications I'm filling out in the "minimum required pay" box. Can anyone give me an idea of what a nurse makes in Columbus with 4+ years inpatient hospital experience, so I can ask for a reasonable wage? So far I'm working on applications for OSU and OhioHealth. Thanks very much!
