  2. Ok cool! Maybe it's a new question? It doesn't look like it's a required one per se, but I've heard it doesn't look good to leave it blank, so maybe I'll try the range. Thank you for your help!
  3. Great, that's super helpful! Do you think it's a good idea to put a range, like 26-29/hr or something? I was thinking also about putting just a happy medium of 27 haha. That's great that they do shift differential as well! I can definitely work weekends but I've been on nights since I became a nurse and I'm trying to get back to the daytime :)
  4. I'm relocating to Ohio from South Carolina in a few months, and I'm unsure of what to put on the job applications I'm filling out in the "minimum required pay" box. Can anyone give me an idea of what a nurse makes in Columbus with 4+ years inpatient hospital experience, so I can ask for a reasonable wage? So far I'm working on applications for OSU and OhioHealth. Thanks very much!
