  1. Hello! I'll also be applying for the spring online at UTA though I'm not sure if I will get in. The advisor I spoke with said usually 8.0 points is great and anyone close to or above gets in; however the past applicant pool for spring 2018 was very competitive and they were dening people with 8.0 points. If anyone doesn't know, you add your nursing pre-req gpa to your science gpa and any consideration are .5 points. So I have 7.8 points, 3.75 science 3.56 nursing 1 consideration And was told I'm a definite for the on-campus and maybe for the online. It depends on all the other applicants. I'm still applying though!!!
  2. Thanks! Same to you too!! From the other forums I've read it looks like applicants started finding out in October and interviews were done about 2-3 weeks after submitting an application. It seems to me like Baylor nursing is very put together and the response is quick. We shall see lol!
  3. Hello! I'll be applying to the fastbacc program. My stats are 3.75 science 3.67 nursing gpa/pre-req 3.4 previous degree 89 HESI My HESI is from 2016 and I'm not sure if they want me to retake it so I emailed the school. I'm also applying to UTA and they said I didn't have to retake it so they are using that score. Either way I'll find out soon! Uta has been my first choice but now I feel I'm leaning more towards Baylor.
  4. Hi! I suggest calling the school, if you haven't done so already, they should be able to tell you exactly what courses will count. I think if we have medical terminology done by consideration time, it gives us more preference, the same with the CNA, but I could be wrong. I plan on calling and asking about the schedule cause I have plenty of questions lol
  5. Hi!! I'll be applying to Texas Tech 2nd degree program for spring 2019. Did I see you on UTA spring 2019 forum? Lol I'll be applying at UTA too, it's my first choice. Texas Tech is my second. I'll be applying to the Dallas campus and maybe have Abilene as my runner up. I plan to take the TEAS in May, hopefully all goes well!
