I went and picked up my letter from the post office! I got in!!!!!!!!!!!

lol I'm sure it's going to say "Congratulations..." don't worry! I'm still hopeful mine will be an acceptance :) fingers crossed

Mine isn't a PO box. I put PO for post office.

They sent mine to the wrong PO and then back to the regional facility in Montgomery! My postmaster is emailing them today to make sure my letter gets to my PO in the morning so I can go pick it up when they open. It's ridiculous!

When I was 19 (16 years ago), I made 7 Fs at SU. I was stupid and didn't even understand how withdrawal worked. So I would have a lot to do to try to get around that "must have a 2.0 GPA AT SU" caveat. I'm thinking CTC because I've already taken the pre-NLN and made a 135. That's how I got into an RN program in KY. I am taking A&P 2 this summer along with Public speaking. Then I'm tackling Micro in the Fall. CTC lets you finish prerequisites during the application semester and they wait for grades before making a decision.

Do any of you see your major changed on pirate web?

Gosh I wish I would have taken A&P 2 before applying. I applied with ACT of 25 and then 7 points from grades in math, eng, and A&P 1. I would have made it for sure if I had!

Montgomery accidentally sent my letter to the wrong PO. I would have gotten it today had they not done that. I went to the phenix city PO to try to pick it up but they had already sent it to the smiths PO and they won't get it until tonight. This is comical at this point.

My letter is in packages on informed delivery. It is coming tomorrow for me in Smiths, Al.

Well it is what it is. Plan B is try for Spring at Columbus Tech. I'm praying that by some slim chance, CVCC will give me a few extra points for being in an RN program before (ex was military and we had to move in the middle of the 1st semester) I'd rather do a less intense 5 semester program than the 3 crammed semesters at CTC :/ Has anyone taken the NLN Pax?

How did you get to pick up your letter? And how do you know everyone had much higher than a 32? If the cutoff was 32, that means the lowest score accepted was a 32.

Yes, they send a letter that you have to sign for either way. Did you apply? If so, how many points did you have? (If you don't mind sharing of course)

I tried to call her this morning, but kept getting her voicemail. I'm glad we have a definite date letters are going out!

This is from the FAQ section of the Health Sciences page. "How many days a week are the classes? The days and times of class vary by semester. On average, during the first two semesters of the program, will be held over the course of 4 days a week. Approximately two days of class time, one day of lab and one day of clinical. After the second semester, the average is two - three days a week. For Mobility students, the average is two - three days throughout the program."

Guys, I'm thinking she meant next Monday or Tuesday. Wouldn't she have said she was mailing them yesterday or today? I'm *really* hoping that isn't the case, but it could be.

So she is probably mailing them out today or possibly tomorrow! Ahhhh!

This waiting is driving me crazy! I've signed up for USPS informed delivery so I can see images of everything coming in the mail. I'm a tad obsessed at this point LoL
