If 1/2 NS (Primary) is running in the pump and I need to hang antibiotic (Doxycycline or Levoquin) IVPB would that be OK? The doxyxycline or levoquin is premixed with D5W.

I actually finished their nursing program. Although they are not WASC accredited, you will be able to find a job afterwards. That is all that really matters imo. As far as the school, I actually liked it. Yeah, sure, schedule changes, they're at times condescending, rude, or unorganized but these are just little things to complain about. Youre in the nursing field and will have to deal with many types of personality and schedule changes when working. The 20 months flew by. I learned a lot in clinicals because of the nurses I spoke with and my passion for learning. For simulation, Dr. Mariano is a nursing genius. He is by far one of the most knowledgeable staff at CNI. Mr. Frazier is the best clinical instructor also. This was where I got all my skills in and that is important when you actually start working. Some of the lady instructors at CNI are always trying to flex their powers. It's annoying but just ignore it and get through it. You have to be an independent learner and I suggest you take upon every opportunity to do skills when in clinicals. There are sooo much tests so be prepared to study your butt off! On top of class exams, you have to pass ATI proctored exams every quarter in order to move forward. This school is challenging but it prepares you to pass the NCLEX and for the nursing field. I say this school is worth it but that will be up to you. Just make your payments and when you start working, you'll be able to pay it off in no time. Good luck!

I am possibly attending CNI College for their ADN Program. The program is $74,000 now compared to many years ago when it was $52,000. I am very nervous if I want to invest in so much money into a school that has such horrible reviews. The reason I decided on this school is because I've failed the nursing program before and don't want to retake all my prereq's at a community college due to the waitlist. For CNI all the prereq's will be included and it is only 20 months to graduate from the ADN program. It sounds promising however, the reviews are really concerning. If you read the positive reviews on Yelp you notice that the people who says they liked the program are those with little to no reviews (besides CNI College). They also do not have friends on their Yelp either which makes me think these are fake people or the school told their family or friends to write a positive review. I messaged every single one of them with no response. The low ratings usually states that the teachers are horrible and the DON only cares about money and would purposely make the students life a living hell. I am seeking for ANY advice at all for anyone who graduated their ADN program. Should I steer clear of this college? $74 K is a lot of money but I have failed the nursing program once. I was one semester away from graduating. Please if anyone has graduated from this program, I would love your input and advice. Information on the teachers and how this program is ran would be helpful as well.
