  1. Looking for a home in a smaller town. We live in suberb of Columbus Ohio (hilliard) and it's grown very big. Want that small town feel even if I have a commute.
  2. That helps a lot thank you so much. I was down there a few years ago and looked at some properties with a real estate agent and need to come back and look somemore.
  3. n SNF here it pays 22-23 an hour if you have been a nurse over 10 years The cost of living is high if you live in a decent area. Property tax is around 4000 a year for a small home 1200sq feet. Have been looking into places to live south of Columbus Ohio and I keep coming back to Alabama as an option. I have visited the area so I am somewhat familiar with it. I mainly just want to get as much bang for my buck as possible. Just want to know what kind of pay there is in a nicer long term care facility.
  4. This is one major thing I don't like about nursing. It's a lot of cattiness and a lot of politics. I have seen nurses get fired for nothing simply because they are not friends with management or run off because they aren't part of the click. It's like high school. It's not like that everywhere though you just have to find the right fit.

  6. I'm considering moving to the Huntsville Alabama area and I am trying to find some information about good places to work as a LPN and what the average pay is in this area. I have been LPN for over 10 years in skilled care. Currently work prn for five star quality care or five star senior living in one of their upper Arlington Ohio locations. Does anyone have any information about facilities in North Alabama. Any info is appreciated
