  1. Between 2013-2016 I had major issues regarding family. In 2013 I had a total of 25 deaths in my family that was the result of various situations. I began seeing a counselor and my doctor put me on Citalopram. The medication caused me to become hostile and while I discussed this with my physician she felt that the positive effects of the medication outweighed the negative effects. In 2016 I had a mild verbal altercation with a patient who had a traumatic brain injury. She was upset and knowing the patient as I did, I knew that the more upset she became, the worse her speech impediment became. Knowing this, I had a habit of repeating back to her what was stated for clarification. In this instance she told me to "kiss her a.." and I repeated it back to her. I had two CNA's outside listening who reported me. I lost my job, APS got involved, investigated and dismissed it. I self reported to the board of nursing. At the end of their investigation it was decided I should go on probation due to misconduct between 2013-2016 due to hostility. (Sorry, but who wouldn't have issues after 25 violent deaths over a year?) I finished six months of my probation and had to move to another state. I have been looking for a job for a year now. Each interview goes well, they know of my probation status and the need to finish six months, but when I get the call back I am told they can't hire me because HR or corporate refuses. My probation is minimal. All they have to do is fill out two forms and I'm done. I feel like discriminated against, a criminal or worse. I've tried everything to find a job and nothing. I'm now homeless, have to rely on foodstamps, and have lost everything. I owe student loans I can't repay and as a result can't go back to school to get out of this "noble field of nursing." I can't even get a job at Walmart because I'm too educated. I'm at my wits end. What am I doing wrong?
