  1. Hi, i just received all of the schedule and you are of course right! But I was referring to the Optional NRN106A - Health Sciences Skills Lab - First Semester. Class starting in 10 days! oh no!!!!!!!!
  2. Bridge, i decided to goto ohio university after I graduate from SAC. CSF has too many requirements and it is too long. Foreign language requirement in CSUs. I am meticulous planner and have taken courses to satisfy all undergraduate class for ohio BSN online program. Should graduate less than a year for BSN. Good luck!
  3. I just got my registration appointment time today. It is set for 7/26/2018. Deciding whether to take the optional skills lab. Anyone know more about the skills lab? I am also taking pharmacology class at saddleback this fall (online class) so i don't have to take it in class at SAC due to work schedule conflict. Good luck all!
  4. Hi Ericka, my friend also got rejected. He had close to 80 points but his application was incomplete due to not taking English 101. He passed the AP test so he never took English 101. He did take upper division writing to get his BA and yet SAC rejected him for not sending in the AP score. For all those applying in the future, please keep this in mind. good luck all!
  5. My friend got rejected to Santa Ana and the letter stated that the range of people accepted were 74.5 to 80s There were 12 or 15 random picks and 20 wait listed people as well. I glanced at this data, so don't quote me on it. Also there were almost 400 applications and mid 300s were deemed eligible.. don't remember exact data. I'm leaving this data here so future SAC applicants can look at this thread and see where they need to be to get accepted next semester or year.
  6. FYI. If you took TEAS at Santa Ana College, there is no need to submit TEAS test transcript from ATI per the instruction on the acceptance letter. They confirmed they have my official scores. Please make sure to verify with the nursing dept if you have any doubt.
  7. Good luck at golden west! Glad u got accepted elsewhere. 78 points seem more than enough. Wonder what happened? Anyways good luck!
  8. I got in as well! Points were 80.5. Good luck all and see u guys on May 11th for orientation! Man I'm so relieved. This was the only school I applied to.
  9. I told ya u have a good chance. Last semester was 71 cutoff. Congrats!
  10. Congrats to you and the others. My mail carrier isnt here yet. Im dying.....
  11. Its in the mail today via informed delivery. The front of the scanned document says response needed. I hope that is a good sign. Good luck everyone!
  12. I just checked. Not me. Hopefully tomorrow.
  13. Letters are sent per SAC Nursing website! Good luck all!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
  14. what's another day! im sure we'll get our decision by next week.
  15. informed delivery.. i just signed up for it. thanks for letting me know that there is such a service!
  16. BridgeCNA, how do you get that (USPS notification)? Something to learn everyday it seems. Hopefully this is the week we get our answer!
  17. Bridge, it was 71 points for Spring of 2018 (info from counselor). Fall of 2017, i saw couple of people who got in with 69 and 70 on the message boards. Spring of 2017, couple of people with 69, and 70 got in. Alternates with 65 got in. I think you'll have excellent chance, although it seems they got lots of application this time around. Don't forget, there are random picks so anyone with luck can get in as well. Good luck!
  18. I just checked their schedule. You are right! They are on spring break. The Nursing office told me that they will send decision this week though when I turned in the application. Oh another week of waiting! This is inhumane lol.
  19. wow, move from no cal to so cal just for school? just wondering, aren't there plenty of nursing programs up there? anyways, I hope you do get accepted!
  20. no traffic, probably 30min.. with traffic.. 1 hour 15min according to google if i leave now. at 4:43. ouch!
  21. Regular snail mail via US Postal office. Good lucka
  22. Futurenursecourt, Spring 2018 cut off was around 71 according to counselor i talked to during my TEAS test at Santa Ana. They will send out decision next week according to the lady who accepted my application.
  23. Hi future, Congratulations for applying with high points. You have more than enough points imo. I hope to see and everyone at the orientation if we all get accepted. Yea, can't wait till decision on early April. Good luck and keep posting!
  24. Evelyn, hi. Yes they give you a whopping 8 points total if you take that class, assuming you get an A. They no longer offer it though at SAC. It is now part of the program now. With your high points I'm sure you'll get in. Good luck!
  25. There are total of 60 seats for Fall 2018. 20 is for ECP and 40 is for traditional. ECP program is actually for Saint Joseph employees who want to become RN. However, it isn't filled up and as a result, they ask accepted traditional students if they want a spot. ECP have evening classes and weekend clinical while traditional is done during the morning class and weekday clinical.
