I just got notification today I was selected for Central Georgia Technical College Spring 2020 program!!! I’m so excited! Anyone else selected? Any previous students with any advice?

Me either. Must've been a lot of 4.0's that's what I seen were getting accepted. My gpa was a 3.0 and I got a 70 on the teas.

I don't think there should be an issue registering. The class schedule is set once you're in. So they'll tell you what classes to register for for the semester, my guess is the classes will be available for all 16 students that were chosen. I don't get why they said by the 1st and then nothing í ½í¸©

I have a 3.5 and I scored a 70 on the Teas. Still no response to my email í ½í¸©í ½í¸” If I don't get in with them, I'm hoping to get into my second choice but I won't know until August...ugh

She told me the same. I did apply last semester for Oakwood summer and didn't receive a email and neither did this other girl but when we got our letters she had been chosen as a alternate(and ultimately got in) and I got denied. My fingers are crossed that I get in this time!

It's my understanding that they do. A few I spoke to said they gotten emails first. But they are from Oakwood's summer and couldn't confirm if Forsyth does the same or if it was letters only. But I do know that for the summer with Oakwood they sent emails and the letters were alternates or denials... they also told me they had a lot of alternates in their class.

I haven't received anything yet,have you? There's some students at my job for clinicals and they've just told me they know that letters were sent out some time this week...

Okay just a little over a week. This will feel like the longest week ever! Lol but fingers crossed, praying I get in!! I will post when I receive my letter.

Thank you but I had someone open the letter and no unfortunately I didn't get in..Im so sad I want this badly but it must not be time. I will try again for the next semester and other schools as well. Best of luck to you all!

That is great news! I will know what my letter says sometime tomorrow. It has arrived but I won't be back home until then.

Did you already receive a denial letter or are you assuming because you didn't receive an email of acceptance?

I was only told that letters were going out today. Still very nervous myself but we are closer to knowing. Still praying

On the same page as you. No acceptance or denial sent as of yet. I also emailed them so I'm glad to see I'm not the only one this anxious. Praying that I get in as well! Hopefully we hear something tomorrow or early this week at least.
