  1. Is there a way for me to contact you directly on here? I have some questions. I'm assuming once I finish school I will have an encumbered license and I have some questions about the process. I can't find anyone at my work who has ever been through this.
  2. Also, what parts of the nutrition class did you guys use going forward? Carbs/Lipids/Etc and the foods that go with them and how much of each you should eat OR The way the body digests and absorbs them? Or both? As far as retaining the material going forward, I want to be focusing more on what I will need to know in Nursing school and as a Nurse.
  3. I need some feedback on the Nutrition course for my nursing prerequisite. I am taking Scientific Foundations of Nutrition. I have never been great at science, but I think it's because I really didn't try and was always intimidated by it. I want to be a nurse more than anything so I have thrown myself into the science based courses. And I think I'm overdoing it. I am taking notes on EVERYTHING. And I mean everything possible and I just don't see how I am going to be able to memorize it all. I spend about 6 hours a day on the material (and I have 3 other classes). I emailed the professor to see what I'm doing wrong (like if I am trying to memorize the whole dang book and I should only be focusing on certain areas) or if this class is supposed to be this difficult? It's making me nervous to because I have heard horror stories about A&P, and if this class is this intense for me I don't know that I will make the cut for nursing school
