  1. For me, a normal 8 hours of sleep is a dream. Usually I sleep 5-6 hours a day. But I wake up tired. It's usually very difficult for me to fall asleep. My friend recommended me special pills, such as nootropicboost.com . They help to cope with a lack of sleep. I become more focused, attentive and active. I recently started practicing meditation before bed. It seems to me that they help a little. Also I plan to go to the gym (it's usually difficult for me with my schedule, but I really want to add physical activity). I was also recommended a diet of zero fat, they say that this diet helps to fall asleep.
