There have been false negatives on occasion but they are very rare. I think you most likely failed. But whether or not you did it too early, I'm not sure. I'm 95% sure though. But don't beat yourself up. Just keep studying and take her again. You were right on the line. Very close. But I'll pray for a false negative. Hope for the best but expect the worst. Good luck.

Absolutely. Are you a good test taker? Do you know all the diseases that accompany each system? And know your lab values of course. Do you study the rationales?

If you put your credit card in and submitted all the way to the end and got the "our records indicate you are already signed up to this exam..." then you passed for sure. Congratulations!

Perhaps people who did bad never posted their scores. You did well on nclex! Kaplan probably helped you!

Omg yeah. I was tempted to start clicking answers towards the end. Also knew I had to watch the time. My dad was waiting for me for 6 hours lol. We were exhausted and hungry as hell. After some food we felt much better and I started to accept my perceived failure.

Lol I did horrible [relatively speaking] and was on the line through question 265 after 6 hours! Like I've been doing all my life.... I procrastinate. Yes i looked at most 300 questions on the app but it was over a 2 month time period. Yes i bought Saunders but never touched it, aside from reading the first 2 pages. What I did was cram the last several days and memorize/study this 35 page study guide that's passed around on online forums. Thought if I had that down I'd be a-ok. Nope. I felt like it didn't help me at all. I really should have done thousands of questions AND have read Saunders months in advance. Or at least have studied the areas I'm weak in. So I was afraid nonetheless. I've always crammed. I got by decently but never fully excelled because of it. But I am very smart. Lol- I also assumed that I'd be out before 100 questions and only for an hour and a half. So the stress came from the complexity of the questions, the fact that it never shut off and went on forever, the fact that I was sleep deprived and stressed and had to read each question several times, and for the fact that it felt like I was getting most of them wrong. I also had a crap ton of SATA and priority. Single choice questions were a rarity. But hey, it ended up turning out in my favor and I'm very greatful for it. I expect myseld to be on top of everything as a nurse.

You were right on the line! So you can easily pass next time. Try to focus on areas that you don't know. And you absolutely, positively, have to know your Abc's, maslows hierarchy, and acute/chronic! This will help you with priority and sata. Know medications, unique side effect for medications, what not to take with..... and know lab values and side effects of abnormal lab values. Know the key features of chronic conditions like copd and emphysema and the acute nature of pneumonia. Practice OB and peds questions. But most of all, practice taking questions. Understand the style of questions and what each question is asking you. Don't get sidetracked by extra information. And I took all 265 questions too. I understand the pain believe me. It took me six hours and I was devastated. Luckily I passed, but you were very close to where I was so don't fret. I could have easily failed too. It's a hard test. But the one thing I noticed that I did well was using all my mind power on each question (give or take a couple lol..... ) and giving it my best shot, despite being stressed. You need to focus on that question as if its the only question. You can definitely pass your next test. Promise

Considering you got the good PVT pop-up and the fact that you shut off at 75 questions after studying your butt off. Uh yeah you passed. No questions. Congrats! But you shouldn't mess around with fate like that. Didn't you want to start working?

Not sure. Did you ask Google? I'm sure the licenses get updated randomly through the week. I know PA updates a handful of licenses a couple times a week and the timer had nothing to do with when I finished. Mine was updated the next morning at 6am and I had completed the test at 9pm the night before. But obv your question was for mass. Hopefully not long! You can always do the Pearson Vue trick if you can't wait long. It has a very high accuracy. Good luck!

Definitely depends on the person. I thought it was harder, but that could be because I was sleep deprived and stressed out....and wasted my time on a study guide that didn't help at all. In hindsight i would have practiced questions. And yes, that NCLEX mastery app is great. Regardless I still passed. But was on the line all the way to the end. I got lucky. How many questions did you have?
