    Hi there! I will soon be applying to programs to get my masters degree and become a CNM. My partner and I are wanting to start a family soon, but think it would likely be best to wait until after I am done with my schooling. This of course mean that I will be a few years older, and will be wanting to get pregnant very soon after earning my degree. I, of course, have a few concerns with the practicality of this. I am wanting to be a part of birthing women's journeys but do not want to miss out on being with/having my own little ones. Are there any CNM's who would be willing to share their experiences starting a family as a CNM? Any thoughts are appreciated!
