  1. Hey Treats123, Congrats to you, also. Traveling from Nassau County.
  2. Hey future LPN's, Getting more excited by the day. Received date for physical in the mail yesterday. Looking forward to meeting you all and starting class this fall. Just curious where are you all commuting from?
  3. Adding info to this thread in case it's of interest to anyone. VEEB in Uniondale, Long Island (NY) has testing open for their September 2018 LPN class. Tests are scheduled for the month of April 2018. Please see website for further information. FYI, for anyone who may still be interested in attending an accelerated LPN school.
  4. Hello Ana0615, Just wanted to wish you GOOD LUCK this weekend. From my point of view the English portion of the exam was easy enough. Just read the passages (the answers are multiple choice) so you can always review what you've read to look for the correct answers. The math was more difficult than the reading (for me) so you should be just fine. You can google or you-tube English comprehension videos for practice. You can do this!! Looking forward to seeing you in September.
  5. @blessed2x...CONGRATULATIONS!!!! YAYYYYYYYY!!!! So happy for you. I know it's been a nerve-wrecking week waiting for those results. Can't wait to see you in Sept.
  6. @Cammy3030, not sure if i sent previous message, i'm re-sending this again. Yes, did background check and received an "done and all-clear" email. Have you submitted yours yet?
  7. Blessed2x, Good luck to you on Saturday. Remember, YOU CAN DO THIS!!!
  8. Congrats Cammy3030, see you in September.
  9. Hello Blessed2x, Yeap, I was soooooo nervous, so I can relate. I can't speak for everybody else but I will tell you that for me, the reading was easy enough. The math I had to really study for. Prior to taking the test I googled and practiced on you-tube almost every algebra review, I could possibly find. It helped me brush up on my math skills, since it's been many, many, many years since I've been in school. I have friends who have graduated from veeb and also recommended getting the GED exam study book to help review for the test. I would recommend that you just study as much as you can and try not to stress to much. Your name says it ALL...Your BLESSED...So study, give it to GOD and you will be just fine.
  10. Hello everyone, Took my entrance exam on 1/20/18, just got the mail today (1/29/18) and I PASSED!!! I'm so thankful, GOD IS GOOD... I was super nervous about this exam. So within 2 days of receiving the letter, you have to go on-line an have a background check done (cost $35.75). Tuition deposit due by 2/15 in the amount of $1,000 (YIKES). It's gonna be tough making that happen, but by God's grace, I will be there with deposit in-hand. Just wanted to wish everyone the best of luck and looking forward to meeting you all this September.
