  1. How to fill out the 4 pages form(NCLEX) for Illinois CTS application?

    I'm having a hard time opening the IDFPR webpage. And I don't have an instruction sheet on how to fill out the 4 pages application form for me to send to CTS for my NCLEX application for the state of Illinois. I really need some help. thank you!
