  1. Recovery Trek

    I voluntary surrendered my RN in 2007 due to a drug charge. Am now ready to get back into nursing. I have been told by the board that I need to get into the recovery Trek program for a year and take a refresher course and then I can go to the board to see if they will allow me to get my license back. My question is is it best to get a lawyer to go with me when I go in front of the board, and if so how do I find one that is experienced in this area?
