  1. Also if you search fsw nursing on here the prior group Fall 2022 has all this in there as well as more detail on the process after getting in fingerprints ect. It’s a long thread but the end is very informational.
  2. These are some I have for working as a nurse currently and what my friends have at fsw current programs and graduates. Leather is if blood or a needle falls on your feet it does not puncture through. Hope that helps. The fingerprint is at UPS stores and drug test is Labcorp only locations if you go 7am w no appointment you should be good just go EARLY.
  3. If you go online and type nursing shoes you will see it. White non slip leather shoes. A back means straps in the back not like sandals
  4. Why? It will be a longer process for you to finish and more money and a diff grading scale for entrance which I’m sure you got in ! ?
  5. Collier was my second Lee was my first. How long you been a lpn silvia ? You second semester or first?
  6. Congratulations! I got into collier anew second semester as a lpn
  7. Anxiety is to much for this I’m logging out till next week.
  8. Respiratory it’s a Watson Glasser test which is random questions about random stuff nothing healthcare focused. Like if the 15th President blank wasn’t president who was the running candidate and how likely were they to have been successful. Literally a question I’m sure I got wrong cuz who knows that! But they take your overall college GPA and then the 4 classes for science GPA like nursing. Tally it with work history and experience and you get to level 2 which is the interview and a drug/background screen which is insane to make someone pay but not officially accept them but yea that’s it. They go to school year round no summers off for the 2 years duration.
  9. I did get into the respiratory program invited to phase 2 interview and drug screen. The test I took for them was not hard like the math for me but I’m not going to the second part as nursing is what I want. Just heard it was hard and wanted to try. The class is 30 only the acceptance email didn’t say like nursing how many got to the next part but I did have to send my resume to show healthcare experience and my nursing license number.
  10. Yes praying is all I will be doing until that week. The lpns look like they always are very high in all scores so I won’t even look at that LOL. Good luck everyone wishing first pick to all.
  11. Well brb while I go cry ? I only have 60 when I put my numbers in ? assuming I got a 20 in the interview which I’m confident I did the math is what killed me and missing 4 on the Writting was okay also uggg my anxiety can’t do this ???
  12. I don’t get it?. So the GPA and the A’s and B’s are calculated. Ex: 3.4 w 8 done and 4 A’s and 3 B’s. Gets a 18/20 interview, 9/20 math, 14/20 Writting. How would that calculate? I have a high GPA 3.7 but I see on the admission sheets people as low as 3.3 and 5/20 on some sections got in and total points 70+ how they get a 70 ?? help me understand please ?. If they are adding 3 points for AB’s and 4 points for A’s on top of whatever the GPA got for points on math it say 8 so I’m just confused.
  13. Thank you for the positivity ? also found this and is this the GPA points ? If so seems low to me point wise. If anyone has the right one please direct where to find
