I had a placement in Geratology, neurosciences with a head injury specialist Nurse and trauma outpatients but like i said in trauma there were alot of patients not coming back for a follow up (DNAs) and the loads of ftactures of the distal radius.but then how do i come up with a question with those 2 issues i gathered from my placement. Thank you so much for the reply.

I am a student Nurse in 3rd year and i need to write a dissertation about any topic which interests me but at the moment i feel like i don't have anything in mind. has anyone got any ideas of how to come up with a good research topic and questions? please help a struggling student! i have to use a systematic review literature/ emperical research. many thanks
