  1. Same here. I was interviewed about 2 weeks ago as well
  2. Has anyone done the interview for the waitlist? Just curious how it went and if they gave any additional info to you during it regarding the process of the waitlist?
  3. To TWU in Houston. I applied to UTH and haven't heard back from there either
  4. That's kind of what I was thinking too since it's already so late. I didn't apply for spring because I was accepted to another school for Fall so I will just start there if it's a no from UTMB.
  5. No, nothing changed for me in the portal. I called and they honestly had no idea what I was talking about and told me no admissions decisions had gone out and to wait until I heard something on admission status, because that is when drug testing, etc. would take place and told me to disregard whatever I got. They had no explanation on why I would get it. So I'm guessing at this point it was a random error. Just thought it was really odd!
  6. I applied for Fall 2018 and randomly received a text today saying.. "greetings, university of Texas student, please check your email regarding required drug screening- SurScan" The email says I was selected for a random drug test and to complete it ASAP. It does specify that it is UTHSC so I know it's the correct school. Gives multiple different locations. I'm going to call about it... just curious if anyone else might have received something similar??
  7. Do ya'll think that if you haven't heard anything at all from them by now, it's likely that we won't hear back at all? I'm not sure what the process looks like normally. I haven't been contacted for an interview or anything so does anyone know if that is still possible?
  8. Did you get a reply after you sent them in? I realized today that I never got anything back since I sent them in.
  9. I haven't received anything
  10. Does anyone know anything about scholarships and financial aid when you have a previous degree already? Also, Is it different for the nursing program from the actual college because I see that the deadline for Fall 2018 was March 15th for Scholarships. It still allowed me to submit a general application.
  11. I got accepted to Houston!
  12. This was posted on page 3 of this discussion by someone, may help to answer your question. "I found this on the TWU Spring 2018 nursing discussion board for anyone curious about the stats of applicants admitted to the program this last go round. It was posted by the TWU Nursing Adm: Preliminary stats/averages for Spring 2018 are the following: Dallas (396 total applicants) Lowest admitted score: 49.9 Avg. GPA: 3.75 Avg. TEAS: 86.9% Houston (502 total applicants) Lowest admitted score: 44.1 Avg. GPA: 3.72 Avg. TEAS: 87.2%"
  13. Yeah I took it on February 20th at Lone Star. I also sent the scores through the company as a back up but it still hasn't updated.
