Hello, I applied to a few of the July 2022 fellowships. I received a call back for an April 2022 fellowship position I applied to tho. I also completed my recorded video interview a week ago. I haven't heard anything back yet.

For those of you who made it in: Do they allow you to use vacation time/PTO? I know there's a 90-day wait from the employment start date before you can begin using it, but are you allowed to use it before the fellowship is over? Thanks.

Their version of an "on-demand" interview is basically just answering questions on video. I haven't completed mine yet, but I think you only have one shot at recording yourself answering each question.
