If that's true, I don't want to bash them, but it seems very unprofessional to purposely ignore student's phone calls, especially if they have questions about their department. I had to call them 4 times in January just to schedule an appointment for the TEAS. When i went to turn in my application, the lady said that I should either hear back in an email or a letter depending on the outcome. I wish they would at the very minimum respond with an email. Another college that I applied to did just that, they sent a mailed and an email form, just to be sure that I received my status. I guess I didn't make it because I am not receiving a call. I'm going to better myself and start earning experience either way. I think that's the only thing holding me back now.
