  1. Hi everyone I would just like some advice.. I'm currently a new grad with a BSN degree. I'm employed at an Outpatient Clinic in the oncology dept. In our dept we don't do the infusion / tx's but rather I work alongside the Oncologist and see pts on a regular basis for f/u's. I'm still in my early 20s and I was just wondering what I could do after 5 years from now? What are my options? I was looking into case management or even becoming a NP in oncology but I've got advice that they recommend I get Med surg experience before looking into NP school. I really love my job and so leaving it for med surg experience isn't something I'm looking in to. Any advice? I'm pretty much looking in to what I can do after this job. Any bit helps! Thank you!
