Airlift Northwest?
Hey aislrn, any chance you ended up working for airlift NW? I just got into a BSN program in Seattle and want to start planning my nursing career path so that I can be a competitive candidate for Airlift NW in the next 5-10 years. If so, I'd love to pick your brain about it! Thanks

Seattle University Transfer 2018
I also got in! So excited to meet everyone in the fall! Best of luck to everyone who didn't get in or got waitlisted, I talked to a girl Who graduated last year, she didn't get in but then talked to SU about why not, she said they were really helpful and nice- she did what they said and got in the second time around. Congrats to everyone for getting this far!

Seattle University Transfer 2018
hey all, they offer about 115 spots because they know people will decide to go somewhere else. That's where the confusion comes from, so the cohort is 80 for sure, but they offer 115 people a spot since they know some people won't actually enroll. Nice to know that they only interview 200, makes me feel like our chances are better since everyone here got an interview. I had mine yesterday and I think it went well. Good luck everyone!

Seattle University Transfer 2018
Hey rivercat, I just had my interview and I wanted to send a thank you note but I totally forgot the names of the professors who interviewed me. One of them was named Rachel or Rebecca or something and she's a Peds professor and the other one taught mental health. If you know who I'm talking about could you let me know their names for sure so I can personalize the note? thanks so much!

Seattle University Transfer 2018
Hi Everyone! I also applied for this upcoming year- good luck to everyone! Anyone else here applying as a post-bacc or going into nursing as a second career sort of thing? I'm 27 and I've been doing a lot of work in non profits and outdoor guiding, so nursing is sort of a 1.5 career for me if that makes sense, but I really do think it's one of the best jobs out there, for me at least. Anyone at the info session in late October? I asked about the NCLEX pass rate (85% kinda low...) and also won a t shirt. Can't wait to start hearing about interviews!
