  1. Here’s the Facebook group https://www.facebook.com/groups/1186860624817226/?ref=share
  2. Got accepted!! Anyone make a fb page yet and a group me/whatsapp?
  3. It’s really not even an interview it’s really just a conversation you’re having with a professor. They want to see that you’re committed to the program and giving the whole 15 minutes to them so just show you’ll do whatever it takes to be a successful nursing student and future nurse
  4. Oh so why can’t we call to get our decisions?
  5. Called the nursing school about a half hour ago. She also said 1-2 weeks until we hear back. She believes we’ll get both a letter and email but wasn’t 100%.
  6. Does anyone know when all those forms are do? I’m still waiting for other schools
  7. So since this is a second degree program just curious where you guys finished/are finishing your first degree and what was your major?
  8. Well typically if you ask a director/ faculty to talk about their program they wouldn't really talk down upon it haha. Like I said different students have different views as perspectives. It doesn’t make one right or wrong because I also have heard some facts but regardless I wish us all luck in our ultimate goal of becoming a nurse/ going further.
  9. We just have different sources then because that’s not really what I heard at all.
  10. I’ve spoken to a lot of people who went to Phillips. The associates program is one of the best but the ABSN is extremely new so it’s very disorganized as of now and a lot of the work won’t be done with the help of your professors it’s a lot of self learning, which some people prefer. But I believe still ahead of Pace. Phillips is the first school I was accepted too but not at the top of my list.
  11. Wagner is much much much more prestigious, organized and just overall better than Pace. I decided to not even go to my Pace interview.
  12. On the positive side it’s only one way. Hopefully my clinicals won’t be passed the bridge
  13. I read it’s like $12.44 with an EZ pass but still it adds up
  14. No definitely not everyone
  15. Unfortunately I actually live in Long Island but I’d move to my grandmas in Brooklyn so that toll is gonna be a killer anyway
  16. Does anybody know of any scholarships/ grants offered? Struggling to find any because that would def help
  17. Oh gosh, I’m scared to know the answer to this but hopefully someone knows and can sure because I’m also curious.
  18. Yeah I think we had the same one. I think her name was spelt Dr. Terjesen? When exactly what your interview? I was Wednesday at 130. You need 60% for the whole test. If your grades were good enough to get interviewed for this program I’m sure you can easily get a 60 on the test but don’t expect it to be a second grade test either
  19. Hey I had it last week also. Who was your interviewer? Mine told me we should be hearing back in four-five weeks the official decision. She said by May 1st. As far as the TEAS, all we need is a 60 which is really easy to achieve. It's really not that difficult at all to get a 60 just take your time. Math was the easiest for me and science was the hardest. A lot of AP2 questions for me.
  20. No, they send you an email with their decision, goodluck!
  21. A wave of rejection letters get sent before acceptance letters, goodluck!
  22. No classes arent seven days. Classes are monday-friday I believe but we can be on call for clinical seven days
  23. Thanks! By any chance do you remember how long the interview lasted and what types of questions were asked?
  24. Can you share your experiences on the interview? How long was it and what type of questions were asked?
