    Does anyone have a template for a simplified care plan? Our clinical coordinator doesn't want one as detailed as the ones we had normally been doing during didactic, so I'm curious to see if anyone has something that they've ran into or come up with that hits all the highlights.

    There's still some hope to those that got waitlisted. I'm in the program and I got waitlisted. I didn't find out I got in until April. Keep your heads up. Just keep trying.
