Help I can't find a residency jobs for anything but BSN. I will graduate soon. I have been a LPN for 10 years but I might end up just sticking with what I know if I don't think I can find great training in the hospitals. I don't understand why people with more education get more training. How does that make sense? One hospital in the area said I could work somewhere for six months as a RN and than apply for a regular RN position but not the residency. The hospital is a complex system. There is research that says residency programs lead to increase job satisfaction and the turnover rate is less. I just don't understand.
