  1. Hi everyone. I graduate from a BSN program in May and already have accepted a nursing position dependant on my passing the NCLEX. I recently found out that I am pregnant (only 4 weeks along) but now I am wondering if I should let the manager that offered me the job know now?

    Thanks!
  3. Interested in both the cath lab and ICU as a new grad which would be more manageable?

Some nurse residency programs allow new grads to start in the ICU. Is this doable for a new grad or should they get experience in a step down unit first?
