    Hi, I have moved cities and now don't have family to help with childcare (have worked shift work for ywars) my partner often has to go away at short notice, and in between he works shift work. Up until now I have been working casual shifts but I need something permanant. I really don't want to leave hospital nursing but am stumped about how to sort out childcare. I have one in school and one in daycare. I really want my older child to be able to continue after school activities. Thanks
