Hi guys, Planning a move to warmer climates from the very cold (at this time) Chicago in the spring of next year or even faster if the incentive is right of course. I'm an ER RN with 2 1/2 years experience in a busy Level 1 trauma center in downtown Chicago. I am not familiar with the ER RN scene in Las Vegas and I do not know which hospitals are better for employees as far as benefits and pay. What do you guys recommend? From my research, there is only one Level 1 Trauma Center and that would be UMC. I don't mind the work and I am not looking necessarily to be in a level 1, but i would like to be in the ER of course. Which of the hospitals are good for the employees? Who pays better? Any info and details would be greatly appreciated.
