    Has anyone had success with going to the California Board of Registered Nursing in person? I'm about to not be able to work because they are taking so long to endorse to my new state. I call 20+ times a day but always get the "high call volumes" recording and hung up on. I keep seeing that the best way to get a response is going in person. I think I'm going to fly out to Sacramento Sunday and be there when they open on Monday. Has anyone had any success with this?
