Taking NCLEX - RN tomorrow...
I took the test this morming and got 75 questions. I did not get that many select all the apply, probably around 15-20, so for a moment I got nervous. I did the PVT after and got the good pop up, so I'm also hoping it works for me too!!

Taking NCLEX - RN tomorrow...
I'm taking the test tomorrow at 11:45am. I'm very nervous and anxious but at the same time I feel like I have studied a lot, done a lot of questions... What else can I do? Not much. I'm relaxing today. I might look at the study guide later, but if it is not in my head by now, it is too late. Good luck everyone taking the test tomorrow. Let's stay positive, we know the material, and god is with us!

Taking Nclex in 4 days...
I'll be taking the NCLEX on Monday and I am sooooo nervous. I have been doing Kaplan Q-trainers (just trainers 1-7, I did not purchase Q-banks), PDA, using saunders and NCSBN questions. Here are my grades: Kaplan: Q1: 75%, Q2 72%, Q3 62%, Q4 66%, Q5 65%. I havent completed Q6-7. NCSBN diagnostic test 68%, quizzes range from 65-72% PDA average of 75% ATI predictor 77, which somehow translated into a 97% of passing. I stopped doing Saunders questions because they seem to be a little bit more content that comprehensive questions. My biggest weakness is pharmacology. My program did not have a pharm course so we learned mostly about classifications and common meds like the beta blockers, ACE, ARBS, dig, Lasik etc, but when I do Kaplan and they mention a drug without classification I'm like deer in headlights. PDA has helped me tremendously with prioritization which I always had a hard time with and I am actually getting it and doing much better, but overall I do not feel ready for this test and I am debating whether I should reschedule the test. The more questions I do, the more I feel like I know nothing! I did really well in school but I dont feel that is enough to pass the Nclex and my scores on Kaplan, PDA and NCSBN are not the best; I guess this is what is messing with my head. Did any of you feel this way prior to the test? I guess I just need to know I am not the only one that feels this way... Thanks!

Taking Nclex June 17th
I'm scheduled to take the Nclex June 17th. I have been using saunders and PDA for review. I took the ATI predictor and according to ATI, I have a 98% chance of passing the NCLEX but I do not feel ready. A lot of my friends are taking Kaplan, but I cannot afford it. I have been looking into NCSBN, but I don't know if I should get it. So my question is for those who used NCSBN is it worth it? I mean, were the questions in any way similar to NCLEX? or should I just keep using saunders and PDA? Please advise!!

help!
Hi everybody!! I'm new... and I need help... I don't know what to do. I'm currently attending NCC... pre-nursing... next semester I'm going to finish all my pre-requisite classes to enter the nursing program... but I can only apply for it in Oct, so I can start in spring semester of 07...and that is if I get in the program, that's a long wait!!! The counselor adviced me to take all the classes for Liberal Arts major just "in case" I don't get in the program, looks like its very competitive. I was thinking of transfering, but i don't know what other schools offer evenings RN programs... I live in nassau county. Does anybody know any other good schools??? or can somebody give me an advice? I would really appreciate it. Thank u.:uhoh21:
