  1. Hi everyone, I just accepted my first part-time nursing job on float pool (also known as clinical support team) and just wanted to know what helped you transition from nursing school to working as an RN. Has anyone else started on float pool, or worked for float pool, and if so, what was your experience?
  2. Hi all, I am in my last semester of nursing school and will be graduating this December. I am just getting ready to start preparing for the NCLEX and wanted to know what advice you have for preparing to pass the NCLEX the first time. Did you use a particluar online study package, did you study for a certain amount of time each day prior to your test, and/or did you practice a set number of NCLEX style questions. What did you do to prepare?
