    Good day!!! I just want to ask regarding my FP for illinois nclex application. I received my 2 FP cards and I went to out nearest NBI and PNP crime laboratorty.I was so frustrated because they won't do fingerfrinting uif non criminal cases and if onky travel abroad purposes.The in charge told me that they received memo that says travel abroad purposes nor non criminal cases should be directed in camp crame in manila city.NBI in provinces will also not cater because of the said memo.Who else experienced like this? Is this really true?Pls help me. Thank you!
