No it won't be a doctorate. I don't think SMU is going to a doc program until they have to. Are you going to go for the 3 year program?

Hey Lmanalo! I also got an email today about the 3 year program. It looks like the first year you take the non anesthesia classes, like research, etc. Then next fall you'd start the program full time. You would be taking 3 units/ semester the first year, making the load lighter once you actually start the program in 2019. So you can most likely still work throughout the first year to make some money too! What number on the waitlist are you?

I had my interview yesterday which was the last day of interviews. I asked when they would be notifying us of admission status and they said in a week.

That's great! How do you like it so far? I'm still waiting for other schools to interview so this is the first school I got into. But I'm excited!! I think the outdoor activities will definitely be a good outlet for stress relief! Thanks for your reply.
