  1. Thank you. It's nice to hear nurses also had these fears. I guess i'm still young so still have time to think. I've just always wanted to be a nurse and don't wanna let the fear of unknowing stop me!
  2. Hi. I'm a sophomore in high school that has always dreamed of being a nurse since i was little. However I'm beginning to think that I can't do it. Im scared that i won't be able to do the "dirty work". Like people vomiting, Changing wound dressing, changing diapers?? Is this stuff even involved in a typical day as an RN? I'm not even sure if they handle all that kind of stuff lol. But basically my question is, if I'm kind of squeamish, could I become a nurse? Is it right for me? Thanks! and sorry for all the rambling

  8. Hi! 0 I am in need to clarify if there is a difference between a Obstetrics Nurse and Labor and Delivery Nurse? I am interested in Maternity Care pre and post birth but I am not sure if I wanna be delivering the baby. Does an OB nurse deliver the baby?
  9. Hi I'm a high school student that definitely wants to be a nurse. I've wanted to be a nurse since I was little. I know I want to become an RN and then specialize as an OB nurse, I think it's called? I want to be the nurse that takes care of the mother and baby after delivery. I'm not sure the exact name that. If anyone could let me know if that's what it's called, and a little bit about the duties of one, and what they like about that job. thank you so much!
