Last year feels so long ago, but from what I remember, they'll ask you questions about why you chose nursing, what in your background prepares you for nursing, why UAB, etc. I remember only have two faculty members asking me questions, then the directors asked if I understood the rigor of the program (because it is fast paced). \ Just relax and be yourself. Don't make the interview more serious than it needs to be.

You will be able to work as an RN after the program, but you'll need to go for your DNP to obtain licensure as an NP.

Northeastern University in Charlotte, NC has a hybrid accelerated BSN. Accelerated Bachelor of Science in Nursing | Northeastern University Charlotte You would still need to move to Charlotte, NC, but they have 3 start times throughout the year. I'm in an accelerated nursing program now, and I couldn't imagine doing any of the coursework online. Good luck on your search. Emory also plans to create the type of program you are looking for, but it does not exist. Keep in mind that a distance learning nursing program for pre-license students will have many disadvantages. *I do not attend this university. I found it in my research.*
